The Club aims to promote a sense of community and encourage general well-being amongst employees.
Employee wellness
Employee wellness is a top priority at NBCGF, with the Wellness Team organizing events, workshops, and discussions that celebrate the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of employees, along with promoting good mental well-being practices.
Sports
The Culture Club recognises the importance of physical activity and teamwork. The Sports Team organises regular sporting events and activities including weekly varied fitness classes that are available to all employees.
Charity
The Charity Team organise fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and many other initiatives to support our yearly chosen charities. By engaging employees in charitable efforts, they create a sense of social responsibility within the company.
Environment
The Culture Club’s Environment Team encourages green practices within the workplace, such as recycling, energy-saving, and providing information on eco-friendly initiatives.
