NBC Global Finance Ltd. (“NBCGF”) is headquartered in Dublin, having been established in 2013 and authorised as an investment firm regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland since 2015. NBCGF is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of National Bank of Canada (“NBC”).

 

​The main strategic purpose of NBCGF is to enable the NBC Group (“NBC Group”, meaning NBC and all its subsidiaries) to grow and diversify its presence in Europe while allowing for a natural development of its existing business relationships and the establishment of new ones in the European markets.

 

​By positioning itself in a centralised location, NBCGF offers securities financing services to Asian, European and North American markets and is active in the financing space through a broad offering of products including OTC derivatives, listed options and futures, securities lending and borrowing and repurchase agreements. Since 2013, NBCGF’s distinctive positioning and culture have built enduring relationships with key partners, establishing NBCGF as a prominent player in the securities financing world.
